This morning’s freshly made juice – made with my own “fair” hands – was a mixture of apple and carrot juice.
I didn’t have that many apples, but apples are much juicier than carrots, so it didn’t really matter.

Apple and Carrot Juice
A very refreshing juice for breakfast

- 2 apples
- 4 carrots
Instructions

Core the apples and slice them up.

Clean and slice the carrots

Juice the fruit in a juicer

Love them as well and for who would like to know, 1 serving, per recipe above, contains anywhere between 150-250 calories, depending on the size of the apple / carrot 🙂

You just need to know the nutritional information of each item.
An medium apple has 75-95 calories and a medium size carrot will have 20-25 calories
I still prefer the smoothies instead of the juicer as you get the fibres as well 🙂 but that’s just me.
